RKSI Supports the PRC-South Asia Forum on Poverty Reduction and Development Cooperation 

On 22 November, the PRC-South Asia Forum on Poverty Reduction and Development Cooperation was held on in Kathmandu, Nepal. RKSI invited Arun Shumshere Rana, Natural Resources and Agriculture Specialist, ADB Nepal Resident Mission to share the case study Building Climate Resilience of Watersheds in Mountain Ecoregions of Nepal.  

The forum was organized by China International Communications Group (CICG) and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Nepal. More than 100 government officials, diplomatic envoys, experts, scholars, media representatives and international organizations from the PRC, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and other countries exchanged their views under the theme “Belt and Road Cooperation for Development in South Asia.”
