ADB-Tongji Urban Knowledge Sharing Workshop Balancing and Integrating Urban-Rural Development in the PRC

ADB PRC Resident Mission’s Country Director Hamid Sharif, ADB East Asia Department’s Senior Advisor Edgar Cua, and Director Sangay Penjor addressed the workshop organized by the East Asia Department and Tongji University on 13-14 November. Over 120 participants discussed lessons from the PRC’s good practices on balancing and integrating urban-rural development. Experts from ADB South Asia Urban Knowledge Hub shared lessons from their countries.
