Digital Commerce for Agricultural Development Forum

This forum is organized jointly by the PRC’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), with support from the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Program and the ADB-PRC Regional Knowledge Sharing Initiative.

The forum is part of a series of events held at the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), 31 August-5 September 2022. CIFTIS is one of the largest annual comprehensive fairs for trade in services globally, and the leading fair for trade in services in the PRC.

The forum builds upon the successful organization of a CAREC webinar that shares the PRC’s experience on e-commerce by MOFCOM and ADB. It is a trade sector deliverable leading to the CAREC Digital Trade Forum in October 2022.
